I started my photo journey in high school when I got my first digital camera – a huge brick of a thing that took small and grainy shots. Still, it sparked a passion in me to capture the world in pictures, and I’ve enjoyed so many adventures through the lens since then. I love meeting new people and helping them freeze beautiful moments in time, making lifelong memories.

When I'm not on location with clients, I'm teaching my passion at the college-level. In 2025, I achieved Level-II Adjunct status, and was also honored to be awarded the Glenn A. Reich Memorial Award for Instructional Technology. I am proud to have helped start, and act as the faculty advisor for my college's new student Photography Club!

In my spare time I love to travel (especially to photo conferences!), curl up with a good book, and spend time with my husband and son. I also pursue travel and nature photography whenever I can.
